A class for post and prenatal Yogis in their third trimester and beyond. Stretch and soothe any aches and create a calm mind.
Renew with this restorative practice move mindfully through poses that are nourishing to the body.
Experience a sound journey, a bath of sound to conjure peace and calm within. A very powerful form of meditation.
A combination of mindful movement, Mudras and Mantras to clear the mind. Ends with a deep Meditation.

A morning practice to wake up the body and mind. gentle stretches and a flow of movement to get the body ready for the day.
Lets get out and feel the grass beneath our toes, enjoy the fresh air and practice underneath trees. This practice takes place in Avery Hill Park.

A class that mixes a strong flowing Vinyasa practice and ending with the deep stretches of Yin.
