I have been creating lots of new pieces this week, including my favourite piece so far... The Sea Glass & Agate Necklace

Using recycled sea glass and caste bronze  which has been handmade by myself using a technique called lost wax casting. All threaded onto spun silk with Agate and oxidised silver beads. Necklace sits at 30inches at its longest, it is hand tied so you can choose the length. Necklace comes in a handmade drawstring pouch.

Creating this piece was so much fun and when I sit and make any piece it feels like a form of meditation. Sitting quietly carving into wax or even stringing beads can create such an overwhelming feeling of calm.
