This Chakra Workshop will give you an understanding of the different Chakras and how they relate to your overall well-being. As you tune in to your own energy centres during your Yoga practice, you will be guided to stimulate and balance each Chakra in turn with the aim to feel centered physically and emotionally. The class will end with a beautiful Sound Bath. It is suitable for students of all levels.

About Chakras Workshop
Chakras Workshop:
Yoga is very different from other forms of exercise in that the Yoga Poses and breathing techniques not only work the physical body, but it is said that they also play an important part in the distribution of energy around the subtle body. The chakras are the main centres at which the energy channels intersect and there are seven of them along the spine. When the energy flows freely and the chakras are aligned it brings vibrant health on all levels of our being.
Objectives
In this workshop you will practice yoga postures, breathing techniques and also experience a guided meditation aimed at balancing the chakras. You will gain an understanding of where the chakras are located and how the chakras relate to your overall well-being.
Who's it for?
The workshop is open to Students of all levels from beginners to advanced.

This 2hr workshop is on Saturday 5th September - 10-12pm in my own space in New Eltham or Same time Online. The recording will also be available for all participants to keep. Very limited in person spaces available.
